By providing Socialplex your email address (including by “following,” “liking,” adding the Socialplex application, linking your account to the Socialplex service, etc., on a third party website or network), you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You also agree that we may send you notifications of activity on the Service to the email address you give us, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings. We may use your email address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features of the Service, or special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences in the account tab of your settings page. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers. You may not opt out of Service-related emails.
Socialplex may use certain information about you and/or your User Content internally for purposes such as analyzing how the Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.
If you submit any testimonials, comments, or other messages to Socialplex (collectively, “Testimonials”), we may ask you for your consent to post your Testimonial on the Service, and to use your Testimonial in our promotional efforts, along with your name and photo. If you want your Testimonial removed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How We Share Your Information
We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on the Site according to the preferences you set in your account. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want all other Socialplex members to know about you. Your name and other information you choose to add to your profile will be available for public viewing on the Service. We recommend that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information and we encourage members to think carefully about what information about themselves they disclose in their profile pages. You can review and revise your profile information at any time. You also provide us information in User Content you post to the Service. Your tips, favorites, questions, answers, and other contributions on the Service, and metadata about them (such as when you posted them), are publicly viewable on the Service, along with your name (unless the Service permits you to post anonymously). This information may be searched by search engines and be republished elsewhere on the Web in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Socialplex Inc. cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Socialplex Inc. or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.
Your Choices About Your Information
After registration for our Platform, we provide a way to update your Personally Identifiable Information. Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your Personally Identifiable Information from our active databases. To make this request, contact us. Upon our receipt of your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your Personally Identifiable Information as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. Nonetheless, we will retain in our files information you may have requested us to remove if, in our discretion, retention of the information is necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or to enforce the Terms of Service Agreement. Furthermore, your information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints (for example, we will not remove your information from our backup storage).
Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to Socialplex. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a priority to Socialplex. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your Socialplex Account login credentials and password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.
